Our river ministry team is working to find and evangelize the Remo Auca tribe. They believe their gods are Remo Caspi (the tree) and the Jaguar. Our most recent information has them moving even further into the jungle along the Brazilian border to escape harassment from drug traffickers. Over the next two years we will embark on a strategic plan of evangelism and discipleship in four villages on three rivers of the Amazon. These will include the village of Tamyshiacu, on the Amazon, Nuevo Valentin, on the Tahuayo, Puerta Alegre, on the Mazan, and Punto Alegre, on the Momon. After two years with these villages, they will know the Bible and be able to disciple other villages. We dream big and plan in a way that we cannot boast on ourselves - only God can receive the glory. We are looking for churches to adopt each of these villages financially, as well as with mission teams.
