Ministry Principles

1)    Bring Glory to God:  We believe that everything we are here for on this earth is to bring Glory to God and that his Glory would fill the Earth.  (Psalms 96:3; 117; 1 Cor. 10:31; Habakkuk 2:14)

2)    Make Disciples:  We bring Glory to God by making disciples that bring worship to Him.  We believe that when disciples are made and multiplied churches arise and are multiplied. (Matt. 28:18-20)

3)    Body of Christ:  We believe that the best model ever given for how the body of Christ should function is Acts 2:43-47.  Everything we do in ministry as we make disciples incorporates these scriptures into their Spiritual DNA.

4)    Everything we do is reproducible:  Meaning that in the culture we are ministering to they can take our teachings, the way we minister to them and reproduce it without the need for things that can't be found in their culture.

5)    Everything we do is indigenous:  This means that our teachings are 100% applicable in their culture and is not foreign to them.

6)    We teach non-dependency:  We teach the Bible and disciple in a way that will allow  Peruvian National Christians to make disciples and plant churches without help from outsiders.

7)    We don't do for others what they can do for themselves.  If they don't know how to do it we will teach them.

Principios del Ministerio

1)    Traer Gloria a Dios: Creemos que todo que hacemos en este tierra es para traer Gloria a Dios y que su Gloria llenara la Tierra.  (salmos 96:3; 117; 1 Cor. 10:31; Hab. 2:14)

2)    Hacer Discípulos: Traemos Gloria a Dios haciendo discípulos que alaben a Él.  Creemos que cuando hacemos discípulos que multiplican iglesias nacen y multiplican. (Mateo 28:18-20)

3)    Cuerpo de Cristo: Creemos que el mejor modelo en cuanto que como debe funcionar el Cuerpo de Cristo en todo la historia es Hechos 2:43-47.  Estas escrituras son parte del ADN de nuestros discípulos.

4)    Todo que Hacemos es Reproducible: Esto significa que en la cultura en que estamos ministrando que ellos puedan tomar nuestros enseñanzas y como hemos ensenando y llevarlo y hacer lo mismo en otro lugar.

5)    Todo que hacemos es indígena: O sea que nuestras enseñanzas son aplicable 100% en la cultura que estamos y ellos van a entender la palabra de Dios en su cultura.

6)    Ensenamos ser Independientes: Ensenamos la Biblia y hacemos discípulos en una manera que nuestros discípulos un día podrán hacer discípulos y plantar iglesias sin ayuda de afuera.

7)    No hacemos por otros lo que ellos puedan hacer por sí mismo.  Y si no puedan hacerlo ensenamos hacerlo.
